Most people come to us with a date and a feeling rather than a design. That is the right place to start. Here is how to plan it without the stress.
When to start
- 8–10 weeks beforeFirst conversation
Share what you have: their style, a few screenshots, a rough budget band. We talk through shapes and stones, in person in Gurugram or on video.
- 7–8 weeks beforeDesign and stone
We show you real stones and a rendered design of the ring. Nothing is made until you approve both.
- 2–6 weeks beforeMaking
Most bespoke rings take four to six weeks from approval. We send photographs as it takes shape.
- The final weekIn your hands
The ring is delivered fully insured, or collected in person, with its certificate and presentation box. Allow a few days of margin before the date.
Finding their size, quietly
Take a ring they already wear on the ring finger for an evening. Trace the inside on paper or measure the inside diameter with a ruler, and put it back.
No time to measure? Press the borrowed ring into a bar of soap and send us a photo of the impression next to a ruler.
A sibling or best friend can often find out, or already knows.
If you really cannot know, choose a common size and we resize it after the yes. The first resize within a year is complimentary.
Our sizing centre converts a measurement into a ring size, and has a printable sizer if you would rather measure a ring they own.
Kept discreet
- We only contact you, on the number you give us, and never mention the ring to anyone else.
- Delivery comes in plain, tamper-evident outer packaging, fully insured, to the address you choose. You can also collect it from us in person.
- Invoices and certificates go only to you.
