Complimentary insured delivery across India, with OTP and signature on arrival. Most pieces are made to order and leave the atelier within 12–15 working days.
Timelines
Collection pieces are made to order in your chosen size and metal and dispatched within 12–15 working days. Pieces we have in stock leave within two working days. Bespoke commissions follow the timeline agreed at CAD approval, usually four to six weeks.
Once dispatched, delivery within India takes 2–5 working days depending on the city. You receive the tracking number by email and WhatsApp the moment the parcel leaves.
Within India
Delivery is complimentary and fully insured, by a specialist valuables courier. Parcels are tamper-evident and handed over only against a one-time password sent to your phone and a signature. We can deliver to a home or office address; PO boxes are not possible.
International
We ship to the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, the US and Canada at a flat ₹1,800, fully insured, in 5–10 working days. Import duties and local taxes are set by your country and are payable by the recipient on arrival; they are not included in our prices.
