We keep only what we need to make and deliver your jewellery, we never sell it, and photos you try jewellery on with never leave your phone.
What we collect
When you order, book an appointment or send a bespoke brief we keep your name, contact details, delivery address and the details of what you asked for, including any inspiration images you upload. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
The virtual try-on runs entirely in your browser. Camera frames and the photos you choose are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us unless you deliberately save or share the result.
Like most websites we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To make, deliver and service your jewellery; to confirm appointments; to answer your questions; and, only if you have asked for it, to send you news from Aurya. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which stores enquiries and the images you send on our behalf. Payment providers and delivery partners receive only what they need to take a payment or deliver to you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to auryafinejewellery@gmail.com. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires and delete bespoke briefs and inspiration images two years after the commission closes, sooner if you ask.
