Are your diamonds certified?
Every diamond over 0.30 carat comes with its own IGI or GIA report, and the report number is inscribed on the girdle of the stone. Smaller stones in eternity bands and pavé are graded to the same standard and stated on the invoice. More on certificates.
What is the difference between natural and lab-grown?
They are the same material with the same hardness and fire; one formed underground over a billion years, the other in a chamber over a few weeks. We set both and label both plainly. Read the comparison.
Is the gold hallmarked?
Yes. Every gold piece carries the BIS hallmark stating its purity: 375 for 9K, 585 for 14K, 750 for 18K.
How do I find my ring size?
Use the converter and the string method in the sizing centre, or ask a jeweller on WhatsApp to size you from a photo of a ring you already wear.
Can a ring be resized later?
Solitaires and half-set bands, yes, within two sizes, once free in the first year. Full eternity bands can only be adjusted within a narrow range, which we will explain before you order.
How is my order delivered?
Fully insured, tracked, in tamper-evident packaging, and released only against an OTP and a signature. How delivery works.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
The timeline is shown on each product page and confirmed on your order; bespoke pieces follow the schedule agreed at consultation.
Do you make bespoke pieces?

Can I have a piece engraved?
Names, initials, dates and short messages, in a choice of scripts. Engraving is offered on the product page where the piece allows it.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in the metal and the setting, for life; plus a complimentary resize, an annual polish and an annual inspection. Aftercare in full.
