Every parcel is insured for its full value from the moment it leaves our workshop until it is in your hands. If anything happens in transit, you are covered in full.
You receive a tracking link when the piece is dispatched and a message on WhatsApp at each stage, including the morning of delivery.
The courier releases the parcel only against a one-time code sent to the phone number on the order. No code, no handover.
A signature is taken at the door and kept on record, so there is never a question about who received it.
A plain outer box with a tamper-evident seal, and inside it the Aurya presentation box, certificate and care card. If a seal is broken on arrival, refuse the parcel and tell us.
