The short version: prices are in rupees and include GST, pieces are made to order to the specification you approve, and certificates come with every diamond.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Prices follow the gold rate and may change without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. For bespoke commissions the quote we send is fixed once you approve the CAD.
Orders are confirmed on payment. For commissions we may ask for a deposit at CAD approval with the balance before dispatch, as set out in your quote.
Made to order
Most pieces are made for you after you order, in the metal, karat, size and carat you choose. Images on the site are representative: natural variation in diamonds and hand finishing means no two pieces are identical. Stated carat weights are totals for the piece (or the pair, for earrings) and may vary by up to 5%.
Every diamond we set is certified by IGI or GIA and the certificate travels with the piece. Gold is hallmarked to BIS standards.
Cancellations, returns and warranty
Collection pieces can be cancelled before dispatch and returned within 15 days of delivery under our returns policy. Bespoke, engraved and made-to-size pieces cannot be cancelled once the CAD is approved. All pieces carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
